Description

Pinnell and Martin's [(1968) Proc. Nat. Acad. Sci. USA 61, 708-716] standard assay for lysyl oxidase is modified to determine activity in small samples. Data collected by both methods are comparable, and the microassay has the advantages of being economical and rapid.
