Description
Do mothers and fathers view their conflicts similarly? In this workshop, presenters will discuss a 45-item questionnaire that was developed to assess parental perception of conflict at time of divorce. The Level of Conflict Assessment was administered to 484 individuals while attending a state mandated parenting seminar. Data analysis resulted in significant gender differences between mothers and fathers relative to their perceived level of conflict. This workshop will focus on those items where significant differences were found as well as the gender difference between spouses’ perception of level of conflict at time of divorce.
