Description
Arterial anomalies are rare causes of biliary obstruction and are usually secondary to aneurysmal dilation. This case report demonstrates radiographi cally how an aberrant artery can cause biliary colic with extrinsic encroachment and eventually lead to narcotic addiction if not diagnosed early and treated appropriately.
