Submit Abstract
Deadline: Sunday March 15, 2026
Review the Call for Abstracts before submitting your abstract. After clicking "Submit Abstract," you will be prompted to login or sign up for a Digital Commons account before you can access the submission form.
After you hit Submit, you will be redirected to a confirmation screen. If you do not see a confirmation screen or do not receive a confirmation email, contact digilib@etsu.edu immediately so that we can confirm whether your submission was successful.
Submit Your Full-Text Presentation or Poster Presentation
Deadline: Wednesday April 15, 2026
***If you are submitting your presentation files after the deadline, you will need to email them to diglib@etsu.edu for them to be uploaded.***
If you are accepted, you will be asked to upload your presentation files. The system will accept any presentation file (PowerPoint, PDF, etc.). You can upload your presentation files by
(1) clicking on the link provided in the confirmation email.
OR
(2) logging into your Digital Commons account and clicking on the title of your presentation on the My Account page.
You will then see the option to Revise Event on the left-hand side. If you have any problems with uploading your presentation, please email it to Sherrod Library at (digilib@etsu.edu).
