Short Abstract

The mission of the EMERGE program is to provide affordable, accessible emergency medical training to individuals primarily in rural and underserved communities in order to promote the public health, education, and economic stability of the region. The purpose of this survey is to determine the changes in knowledge, attitudes, and beliefs of college students who have undergone emergency response certification in this program.
