Abstract
Congratulations to BFA Printmaking Alum and former department adjunct faculty member Laken Bridges on her new job as Director of Adult Education at William King Museum of Art. She received her MFA in printmaking from Clemson University and holds a BA in French and a BFA in studio art from ETSU. Though she is trained as a printmaker, Bridges engages in a cross-disciplinary studio practice involving print, drawing, sculpture, books, and writing.
Bridges will be in charge of the adult education classes offered at the museum, which is located in Abingdon, Virginia.
