Short Abstract

This presentation and thesis follows my journey with OpenSpot Theatre, a theatre company for people of all abilities and specifically those with developmental and physical disabilities. Throughout my experience in teaching and directing these classes, I learn about the nature of accessible theatre and its immense positive benefits for not only students, but the community, myself, and theatre as a whole.
