Abstract
ETSU has unveiled an app that gives undergraduate students easy and fast access to connect with advisors and other critical offices.
The Navigate Student app is free to students.
“We are thrilled to offer this app,” said Dr. Bill Kirkwood, associate vice president for Student Life and Enrollment. “It lets our students use their mobile devices to connect with help at key moments. We believe it will help them succeed during their time at ETSU.”
Navigate Student offers a range of helpful options, including scheduling appointments with academic advisors, the Center for Academic Achievement and other offices at the university. It also provides a comprehensive list of campus resources, so students can find the kind of help they need.
“Booking appointments with the convenience of a cell phone and finding contact information for nearly 80 campus resources will help our students thrive,” Kirkwood said. “Navigate Student is poised to help the university in its Moon Shot for Equity initiative, a campaign dedicated to ensuring that more ETSU students complete college degrees, especially low-income, first-generation and students of color.”
